How do I clean my drones?

These are some tips to help you clean your drone. This guide will show you how to get every bit of your drone's potential.

  1. Make sure you have the right tools. Be sure to have everything you require before you begin any task. You will need a soft brush or a toothbrush and a cleaning agent (we recommendWD40).
  2. Disconnect the battery pack. First thing first - remove the battery from the bottom of your drone. The battery is usually located under the propeller. Don't be alarmed if it's not obvious. You should be careful to not lose any screws in the process of removing the propeller.
  3. Take off all parts. Next, remove all parts from the drone's underside. Be sure to secure all parts securely, or they could come off as you clean the drone.
  4. Use a cleaning agent. Now it is time to clean the drone. Before doing so, we recommend using a cleaning solution such as WD40. Spray the entire surface with the cleaner. Make sure you get in between every part. Let it dry completely before you put everything back together.
  5. Replace the battery. After cleaning your drone, you should put the battery back into its original place. This will allow you to check how your drone performs after cleaning.
